If the installation requires work to be carried out, a declaration of works or a building permit may be necessary. SELFBETON is not a concrete batching plant, but an automatic concrete distributor.
Thanks to its specific design, SELFBETON is subject to a simple ICPE 2518 declaration to the DREAL. This administrative formality is carried out online in collaboration with SELFBETON’s support department.
At the end of each production day, simply activate the automatic cleaning cycle, and the machine takes care of the cleaning.
SELFBETON does not produce any waste , as production is on demand, based on the customer’s order, with a maximum volume of 500 L per batch. There are no surpluses or site returns.
Cleaning residues are re-injected into production.
- spray once a day with blender oil.
- run a cleaning cycle at the end of the day
- check the interior of the mixer once a week and level the blades if necessary
- check belt tension once a month
- replace mixer wear plates after approx. 5000 m³ of production
The SELFBETON automatic concrete dispenser can be connected via Wifi or GSM for remote monitoring.
SELFBETON allows you to control your machine wherever you are, and to obtain a report of alarms.
The SELFBETON station is tested and certified by DEKRA.
It is supplied as standard with wire mesh partitions. What’s more, it’s equipped with numerous inductive contactors to protect against access to production components.
The SELFBETON concept is not a franchise. Each purchaser of a SELFBETON vending machine benefits from marketing support for the launch of the machine, and from the advantages of joining a network of mutual assistance between purchasers.
Your installation is monitored by the technician who installed it. You have access to his cell phone in case of emergency. In our experience, 98% of breakdowns are managed directly by remote control. We stock spare parts and deliver by UPS. For major breakdowns, we intervene rapidly.
